7-Day Return Policy

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order ID is required.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Innerwear, beauty, or hygiene-related items
- Digital/downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos
- Packaging images
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be free.
- For customer preference returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
